To compare occupational stress of coaches Analysis of Variance was used with 0.05 level of Significance. The findings of the study showed coaches employed under central government namely SAI were invariably higher in occupational stress and job satisfaction than their other counter part’s i.e. State government and universities coaches. It was also observed that all the three groups of coach’s level of occupational stress and job satisfaction were higher than the average level.
