Teachers are an extremely important Facet of any society for a Number of reasons and their role in society is both significant and valuable. Teacher plays an extraordinary part in the lives of children. For the formative part in the lives of children for the formative years of their development and the importance of teachers in something’s that cannot be understand. Online learning is a way of studying for an internationally recognized qualification without needing to attend classes an campus. It is amied at those who wish to study for a postgraduate qualification alongside work or other commitments. Online learning refers to instructional environments supported by the internet. Online comprises a wide variety of programs that use the internet with and beyond school walls to provide access to instructional materials as well as facilitate interaction among teachers and students. Most of the advanced countries have already adopted these kind of learning method. Online learning is any form of learning conducted partly or wholly over the internet. The future for online learning appears dazzling bright. The role of teacher in online learning to make the education more innovative and keep the pace with time.
